The Talent Acquisition Consultant is responsible for recruiting assignments that identify, attract and engage A-players in response to current and forecasted openings, including succession planning and exploratory interviews. This role is responsible for developing and implementing recruitment plans to achieve qualitative staffing results and diversity hiring objectives. This role maintains a visible profile in the market with prospective candidates and industry networks.


  •  Responsible for actively leading the development, recommendation, and implementation of critical executive recruiting engagements. 

  •   Maintains an ongoing pipeline of qualified candidates to align with strategy by developing a proactive recruitment strategy and market approach. 
  •   Develops creative and cutting-edge forums for Company Corporate talent. 
  •   Serves as a subject matter expert on talent acquisition best practices to business leaders and other constituents involved in the talent process. 
  •   Provides superior level of customer service both internally and externally across multiple geographies. 
  •   Manages full life-cycle recruitment including setting search strategy, actively sourcing candidates, pre-screening, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers, negotiating offers and facilitating the hiring and on-boarding processes. 
  •   Provides a consultative approach in developing and recommending recruiting strategies to ensure each search is successfully completed. 
  •   Communicates consistently and openly with hiring managers, human resource representatives and candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure all constituents are updated. 
  •   Uses proactive methods to direct source candidates, network with field experts and associations, and stay abreast of industry and functional trends to build an external network. 
  •   Partners with workforce planning and talent management teams to broker and develop internal talent pool. 
  •   Reviews all applicable documents and ensures that hiring processes are followed and that compliance requirements are met. 
  •   Counsels hiring managers on staffing and recruitment policies and procedures to ensure compliance and understanding of EEO, hiring and compensation guidelines. 
  •   Collaborates with business leaders, HR partners and finance organization to minimize cost of hire. 
  •   Works with approved vendors such as external recruiters, assessment providers and retained search firms to identify and recruit candidates if and when needed. 
  •   Other duties and projects as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 7+ years strategic recruiting in agency or corporate recruiting
  • Strong preference for expertise in Information Technology and Leadership Roles
  • Research skills, along with staying abreast of today’s social media recruiting avenues. Working knowledge of ATS, preferably Workday.
  • Working knowledge of local, state and federal employment laws.
  • Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills. Ability to write/speak in a professional business manner.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong service orientation with business driven mindset, sense of urgency and continual drive for process improvement.
  • Team player.
