Profile Summary:

The Stop Loss Support Coordinator Summer intern will be a fantastic experience for a student looking for work within a fast moving, production environment. Voya Financial’s Stop Loss Claims Department is in our Downtown Minneapolis Office.

Profile Description:

This role will be responsible for reviewing for the completeness of accompanying documents and/or performing front-end triage, and updating administrative systems with details of the claim request. Other duties will include:

  • Creating claim data spreadsheets, including formatting, formulas, macros and pivot tables to prepare for claim entry;
  • Entering claims into the appropriate administrative systems;
  • Working with other team members to coordinate the management of the shared email box.
  • Responsibility for performing all tasks within department quality and service level agreement standards;
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Ability to work independently and efficiently, as well as collaborate with marketing team members and their business partners.
  • Pursuing degree in business related field
  • 3.0 GPA (in business degree courses)
  • Completed junior year
