Profile Summary:

****Voya is seeking a Sr. Recordkeeper to Deskshare (2 days in office/3 days work at home) at our Braintree location.****
The Senior Record-keeper will use the OmniPlus plan accounting system, Power Image Desktop, and the Task Manager imaging system to receive and process work.

Profile Description:

Responsible for processing incoming participant-driven transactions as well as assisting with Support Services responsible for several Voya clients.

  • Detailed oriented and have strong analytical thinking, organizational and math skills.
  • Solid PC skills and the ability to learn new systems.
  • Team members may be required to cross train within the department on other Shared Services functions.
  • Experience with Task Manager Imaging systems
  • Experience with financial services transaction processing or defined contribution plans is required
  • Responsible for delivering or communicating information to other units and may perform other administrative tasks as required.
  • Overtime required during times of high volume.

Education & Experience:

  • 2-4 years related experience
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Omni-Plus Record-keeping system preferred
