Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Record Keeper for our Retirement Operation business unit at Voya Financial's Braintree, MA office.

Job Description:

This position is a part of a group that processes the daily Contributions and Loan Repayments along with other financial transactions. 

On a daily basis, this position requires a person to process and/or quality check:

  • Contributions
  • Loan Repayments
  • SMBA Applications
  • Distributions
  • Loans
  • Corrective Measures
  • QDRO’s
  • Beneficiary Transfers
  • RMD’s and a variety of other transactions


Our ideal candidate will have previous Retirement Operations experience, specifically working with 401K's. Additionally we would like the candidate to have worked with Omni.
