Profile Summary:

Primary responsibility will be to work with plan managers to support the day to day operations of Voya's tax exempt markets healthcare, education and government plans. This will include answering and resolving participant and sponsor inquiries, problem resolution and research, monthly, quarterly and annual plan reporting and plan level and participant level maintenance


Profile Description:

  • Work with internal and external customers to identify, communicate, and resolve not in good order transactions. 
  • Documentation of events related to money in processing, good order review
  • Reconciliation of money in transactions and suspense clearing.
  • Daily communication with Voya IT, TPAs, payroll companies and other financial institutions during problem resolution.
  • Coordinate with internal operations departments and field personnel to ensure accurate and complete processing of transactions.
  • Required overtime to accommodate system availability and high volume days.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.  College degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years insurance industry customer service experience
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Functional knowledge and experience with OMNI / EASE a plus / preferred
  • Experience with Excel required
