Profile Summary:


We are seeking an experience Sr. Financial Analyst to join our Enterprise Cost Management team in West Chester, PA.


Profile Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Enterprise Cost Management lead for Operations to analyze, forecast and budget expenses for the Life Insurance and Employee Benefits products.
  • Partner with Operations team and cost management team to identify and pursue cost savings opportunities.
  • Participate in monthly close processes to ensure accruals are recorded.
  • Provides variance explanations for monthly reporting package
  • Prepares reports/analyses to summarize current and projected financial information.
  • Assists in preparation of reporting and management decision making information
  • Supports and participates in developing and monitoring expense allocation to business lines.
  • Establishes, modifies, documents and implements best practice methods and control procedures on expense processes.
  • Assist in ongoing process improvement initiatives as well as other ad-hoc reporting tasks and special projects.
  • Responsible for ensuring expense allocation activities are in compliance with SOX and audit standards.
  • Build and maintain financial models for volume impacts and cost save initiatives.
  • Ability to condense large amount of data into succinct driver messaging for executive audience.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge & Experience:

  • BA degree in accounting or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years accounting experience preferred
  • Good understanding of accounting principles
  • Advanced Excel (V-lookups, H-lookups, Pivot Tables)
  • PowerPoint
  • Hyperion Essbase
