Regional Business Consultants provide assistance with customer inquiries, answering or directing client questions or requests. Provide office support such as office expenses, placing marketing and promotional item orders, sponsorship, postage and freight and support services to specific Voya clients.

Principal Responsibilities

-Manage and build relationships with Voya distribution partners (agents/brokers)

-Support customer inquiries and questions relating to Voya processes, procedures and products.

-Manage/review New Business paperwork and other business paperwork/case applications to ensure completeness of information.

-Work with distribution partners and office staff to obtain missing information and manage flow of information to appropriate home office departments.

-Provide superior service to existing plan sponsors, while documenting

-Become proficient in VOYA tools/systems needed to support customers and distribution partners (ex: ACES, VPro, SalesForce, Sales MIS/Business Objects).

-Oversee and manage compliance log and branch client files. Ensure ongoing business practices adhere to State Insurance, FINRA and Securities regulations.

-Assist OSJ in achieving sales and asset retention goals. Support OSJ with the Rep on boarding process when needed, scheduling appointments, working with the licensing and commission areas when the need arises,

Education and Experience:

-2+ years of financial services experience

-Proficient computer skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet.

-Excellent communication skills.

-FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses required and can be obtained within 6 months of hire.

-Bilingual skills a plus.

-Prefer 4 year degree

-Prefer 2+ years of financial experience

**Position can sit in either Redlands or Irvine**
