Profile Summary: 
Oversees the RFP response process for multiple distribution channels and/or product lines to respond to field requests and provide proactive sales support.  Partners with Sales Support Manager, Sales Managers and other related parties.


Profile Description:
  

  • Responsible for the execution and packaging of Voya Retirement sales proposals for either Small/Mid, Tax Exempt or Large Corporate Market existing and prospective clients for retirement opportunities through RFPs, RFIs and other related requests.  
  • Partner with Business Development Specialist and Sales Lead to incorporate sales strategy in all responses.
  • Identify questions requiring custom responses and strategize with Business Development Specialist.
  • Update proposal database with new, creative and innovative responses.  Provide any database response changes to Database Manager.
  •  Develop general understanding of Voya’s products and services and the retirement industry
  •  Provide support on all activities post-delivery of response as needed.
  • Assist with annual archiving activities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • BA degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of sales support and/or operations experience
  • General understanding of retirement industry and Voya product and service knowledge
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Detailed oriented
  • Microsoft Office proficient
