PROFILE SUMMARY:

We are seeking a candidate with marketing and retirement plan industry experience to drive the sales engagement strategy on special projects that cross markets and audiences. This candidate will take a lead on project management to meet deadlines and be the key point of contact to deliver on-point and impactful marketing to drive results and stakeholder/customer satisfaction.


PROFILE DESCRIPTION:

Is responsible for delivering on the marketing engagement strategy for cross market/cross audience initiatives, with a specific focus on managing key initiatives for Retirement ensuring that strategy and content are valuable, on-point and meets audience needs. We are seeking a candidate with project management skills, knowledge of plan business, an ability to frame up a topic/story and interface with content team to drive deeper insights, and technical writing skills. In addition, supports the strategy for broader product/service initiatives by working with the segment directors/marketing managers, and individuals within investments and EB as applicable, on defining market-specific strategy, sees to timely execution and delivery, and follows through on measurement and reporting.


KNOWELDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • 3 -5 years industry experience in retirement servicing industry
  • Knows defined contribution plan types, plan design, and supporting financial products (e.g. IRAs, HSAs, financial wellness programs).
  • Self-initiator and collaborator
