Successful Director of Sales will drive adoption of the Voya Advice and Guidance Business Model within territory

Principal Responsibilities

-Develop and implement sales plan for region and individual Field Manager Groups
-Drive advisor adoption of the Retirement Readiness program in territory.

-Drive adoption of the Voya Financial Advisors Managed Assets Platforms within region
-Work with VFA team to recruit new Field Managers
-Train Field managers (sales practices, Advisory business model, Retirement Readiness)
-Create field efficiency by driving adoption of VFA Operational systems with sales support staff
-Compliance training coordination and monitoring
-Enhance GDC revenue of key advisors and advisor groups in territory 
-Key point of contact to drive VFA revenue enhancing initiatives
-Engage local offices in strategic planning that drives revenue
-Facilitate alignment of Voya strategy through Field offices
-Problem resolution, Up-line Compliance Supervision in territory, Compensation Negotiation
-Drive adoption of Voya product and concept rollouts that drive revenue in territory

Territory includes: Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, Nevada, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas and Oklahoma.

Education & Experience

-Experienced broker dealer field leader (8-10 yrs) with demonstrated sales ability in Advisory platforms, Securities products, and financial planning.

-Candidate should be an experienced relationship manager with a securities supervision background and a good understanding of a financial planning based advice and guidance business model.

-Candidate should be securities supervisory licensed, series 7, 24 and 65/66. Special consideration to candidates with the CFP designation.

-Bachelors Degree

-8-10 years of relevant experience
