Profile Summary

Voya Financial in Downtown Minneapolis is looking to hire two Proposal Support Generalists. This roll is an entry level position and a valuable team member that will be working with the intake portion of RFPs for our Life and Disability products.

Profile Description

  • Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with the sales offices and underwriters assigned.
  • Screen prospects to determine plan design standards and identify unique requirements.
  • Initial preparation and communication of new prospect to relevant internal partners.
  • Ownership (with team) of shared email box used by entire sales organization.
  • Meet strict timeliness and accuracy standards for RFP intake and communication while handling large volume of incoming RFPs.
  • Flex to help other support areas as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge & Experience

  • BA degree in business related field or equivalent
  • 0-2 years of office experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • PC skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Attention to detail
