Profile Summary


We are looking for two Sales Support Specialists to join our team at our Minneapolis, MN location.


Profile Description

  • Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with the brokers, sales offices, and underwriters assigned.
  • Comfortable with broker interaction, understands and enhances relationship.
  • Screen prospects to determine plan design standards and identify unique requirements.
  • End to end ownership of RFP – responsible for delivery of complete, accurate, RFP to field and/or broker
  • Accurately complete complex broker bid forms and rate grids.
  • Meet strict timeliness and accuracy standards for proposal production while handling large volumes of RFP’s.
  • Accurately complete complex Public Bids and Binders.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge & Experience

  • 1-2 years customer service background
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skill 
  • Ability to analyze data for required information 
  • Demonstrate ability to meet expected daily outputs and deadlines 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Previous experience in a support role is a plus
