Profile Summary:

Operations Supervisor for a team of Money Out analysts .   Provides immediate supervision to 14 analysts.  Supervises the team to ensure that department quality and production standards are met.

Profile Description:

  • Monitor production and quality of associate performance to ensure that all  functions within the Policy/Plan Change/Disbursement  function are processed and completed in a quality and timely manner. 
  • Supervise associates giving work direction, training and performance feedback.  Make compensation, hiring and termination decisions.
  • Correspond with customers and field to resolve issues and questions. Resolve most difficult issues. 
  • Maintain strong  working relationships with company associates and the field.
  • Serve as a technical resource to the department and act as an expediter on cases where there are complaints, special circumstances or when a more senior person is required
  • Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 5 years related Financial  Services industry experience with Retirement Plan Knowledge on rules and regulations
  • Demonstrated leadership and problem solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Microsoft Office: Advanced Excel, Word, Power Point
  • Advanced Omni Experience, Power Image/Task Manager
  • Analytical skills: Reading, Writing, Arithmetic
  • Economic fundamentals/Financial Services Transactions
