Profile Summary:

Position within the Advisory Services team in Windsor, CT or Des Moines, IA performing functions related to the establishment and ongoing maintenance of advisory accounts
 

Profile Description:

- Process and reconcile daily and quarterly/monthly advisory fees for clients and reps
-Perform advisory account maintenance such as fee schedule updates, performance & billing households
-Field inbound calls from Voya Advisors

-Review and respond to incoming service request tickets through Salesforce.
-Review advisory operational reports for accuracy and proactive problem resolution. 
-Research and resolve issues
- Conduct daily reconciliations of invested assets and advisory fees
-Assist with training of various advisory programs
-Provide operational support for advisory projects of Voya
-Assist with implementation and maintenance of programs in operations area to maximize efficiencies and customer service.

- Review paperwork for accuracy/good order, and build new accounts

- Build new Advisory accounts by aligning to appropriate program and model and set-up of fee schedules and households, etc.
-Cross train on other areas of operations such as money desk, transfers, maintenance, etc. to assist areas during time of need.
-Other duties as assigned.


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Series 7 License preferred
  • NetX, Pershing and/or general broker/dealer knowledge beneficial 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • High attention to detail with high accuracy in processing required
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent customer service attitude and skills required
  • Two years plus related experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
