SUMMARY

This position is responsible for the planning, design, delivery and evaluation of targeted leadership development curricula to support management development in all business units across Voya.   Consults with business leaders to assess organization and individual leadership development needs and provides solutions.  Leads and supports organizational projects and programs.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Work with Senior Leaders, Managers and HR partners to build leadership capability and reinforce desired behaviors.

Design and deliver leadership training. 

Manage organization-wide initiatives, for example the employee engagement survey, change management, and corporate recognition programs.

Coach managers and facilitate manager assimilation/orientation process.

Conduct performance analyses and assess organizational climate to determine individual and organizational gaps.  Design and develop interventions to address gaps.

Facilitate team development process.

Consult and facilitate implementation of new HR management processes, i.e., performance management. Travel is expected to be 50-75% of the time.

Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

7+ years’ experience in designing and delivering management training programs

Proven facilitation skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Leading Talent Management efforts for an organization

Proven consulting skills

PC skills including word processing and presentation software

Certification in vendor leadership development programs (for example - Situational Leadership II, Prosci Change Management, Crucial Conversations, DiSC, Myers Briggs, Enneagram, etc.)
