This position is within our End User Services Tower specifically in the VDI and published application sub-tower.  The candidate would be responsible for Governance of our Supplier in their execution of day to day services and new project/upgrade implementations.

General Responsibilities:

Evaluates organization needs and translates the needs of the organization into a set of technical requirements for systems and utilities.

Oversee the implementation of technical architecture designs and plans by the Supplier(s).

Research potential system solutions, including evaluating product and vendor products and services.

Organize and schedule work with Supplier(s), contractors and internal staff. Defines and monitors overall migration/change implementation plan, timing and key milestones (including cost, benefit and risk assessments).

Collaborates with business units to determine disaster recovery needs and integrate needs into contingency plan. Be available for on-call job rotation.

Other duties as assigned.
