This IT Manager role is a leadership position responsible for a variety of high-profile enterprise services.   Specifically, managing video and audio conferencing services, including IT event coordination for high profile events.  Also responsible for Executive Services and Site Support, including the performance management of this staff.   This position interacts with all levels of the organization, and will be responsible for providing governance and oversight for delivery of services from IT Vendors.


JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES


To be successful in this position, the candidate must have the following qualifications:

  • Experience managing an outsourced service and governance of vendors.
  • Management experience of video and audio conferencing services.  
  • Management experience of Executive Support Services.
  • Experience coordinating IT services for high profile events.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement of services.

In addition:

  • This candidate will work with a variety of Voya and Outsourced Subject Matter Experts, and take overall accountability to ensure issues are resolved 
  • This candidate will provide IT participation and leadership for local site events or activities such as crisis management.

  • Real Presence Group Series equipment
  • Skype for Business and integration with Video Conferencing infrastructure
  • RMX Console and Resource Manager
  • Polycom Real Presence Touch Panels, Crestron Panels, and Trios
  • Crestron Fusion, Crestron Toolbox, Solstice Dashboard and Solstice SDS (solstice discovery service)
  • Ability to perform data analysis and create reports for high level review
  • Experience with Excel and Visio for reporting and processes
