Profile Summary:

The primary purpose for the Inside Sales Associate (ISA) is to manage and support up to four sales representatives within a designated territory by prospecting law firms for the ABA Retirement Funds Program (the “Program”).  The Program was established in 1963 as a not-for-profit, IL based, employer sponsored retirement plan.  The ABA Retirement Funds has contracted with Voya to distribute the Program to eligible employers within the legal community. 

Profile Description:

Successful Inside Sales Associates help develop the territories they support through extensive sales and marketing efforts, including:

  • Outbound calls to the legal community primarily to generate new sales appointments and leads
  • Competitively position the ABA Retirement Funds Program
  • Provide marketing materials and other sales support material as requested
  • Manage relationships both with internal associates and external distribution partners

Education & Experience:

  • FINRA series 6, 63
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Prior sales experience working direct with plan sponsors, a plus
  • Employer sponsored retirement plan background, a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
