Profile Summary:

We are looking for a self-confident, high-energy individual who has strong multi-level relationship building skills; excellent verbal and written communication, and is driven to achieve team and individual goals.  The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and time management skills.  This individual will have a solid understanding of retirement industry trends, concepts, products, and practices as well as a commitment to maintaining that knowledge.

The candidate will possess the ability to effectively present information to various audiences; and using strong consultative skills, will be able to identify client needs and proactively offer solutions. Other essential attributes include solid organizational skills,  client-driven attitude, goal oriented and the ability to work well independently.

Profile Description:

  • Promoting the sale and retention of company products and services to plan sponsors and distributors.
  • Proactively partnering with sponsors and advisers to promote the value of plan design services and overall plan health.
  • Managing sponsor relationships through on-line plan review meetings and support as well as informational webcasts as requested.
  • Consulting with sponsors and brokers on investment issues including performance, diversification and style.
  • Maintaining ongoing relationships with plan sponsors and key distributors in order to maximize retention.
  • Acting as an key Voya contact; taking ownership and seeing complex issues through to resolution.
  • Organize and deliver marketing material to team members, clients, and partners
  • Coordinate/generate lists for marketing initiatives and mass communications sent centrally
  • Manage CRD inbox and voicemail box
  • Assist with reporting on key department initiatives and overall business projects.

Education & Experience:

  • BS Degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 2-5 years experience in Retirement Defined Contribution plans; including product, pricing, and plan services. 
  • Demonstrates a solid understanding of Plan Administration.

  • Possesses strong consultative skills; able to identify client needs and proactively offer solutions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

    Ability to take ownership and see complex issues through to resolution.

  • Series 6 required.
  • Series 63 and Life Insurance licenses required within 6 months of hire.
