Profile Summary

We are seeking a financial analyst to join our Retirement Pricing team.

Profile Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for pricing new Tax Exempt retirement opportunities and maintaining existing customer profitability
  • Assist in refining and adapting pricing tools and model to fit the needs of the business and management
  • Build trust and rapport with internal business partners including IT, Relationship Management, Sales and Business Development
  • Recommend and implement process improvement ideas
  • Develop and maintain pricing database and partner with multiple departments to ensure information accuracy, consistency and appropriateness
  • Represent pricing in any cross-functional initiatives or projects
  • Able to effectively communicate approach and results of analysis
  • Support actuaries by providing development, testing, and analysis in department projects

Knowledge & Experience

  • 3 - 5 years of pricing experience with a BA/BS in Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science or related field
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of financial/quantitative concepts and insurance products
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with senior level management
  • Ability to managed competing priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (proficient in Access and VBA; advanced in Excel)
