Profile Summary:

The Student will have an opportunity to gain exposure to the financial industry and work as part of a team in a corporate environment.  The Student will support business analysts who work on compliance and other operational support functions.

Job Description:

Assist in the timely and accurate delivery of financial information required under federal regulations.  Work collaboratively to prepare fee disclosures (e.g. investment management fees, 12b-1 fees, Sub-TA fees) for mutual funds and other types of investments. Review website consent for a variety of retirement plans, to assess relevancy and identify areas for improvement.  Upload and test new website content as needed. Compile and analyze statistics related to customer internet usage. Work on data compilation, month-end metrics, and trend analysis.  Produce management reporting. Interact with other departments to ensure quality, accuracy and completeness of assignments. Assist with special projects, documentation efforts and administrative assistance as needed.

Education and Experience:

  • Undergraduate students majoring in Business, Finance or Accounting preferred
  • Dependable, quick learner who is independent and works well with others
  • Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented and quality focused
  • Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA required
  • Knowledge of finance, investment industry, retirement products or operations is helpful but not mandatory
