Position Summary:

​Provides general facility support for Voya employees located in a 48,000 sf office within a  multi-tenanted office park.


  • Oversee the day to day operations of a 48,000 sf. corporate office location to ensure a safe and productive working environment for 200 employees
  • Provides facility support services including, vendor management for security guards, security card access database administration, equipment maintenance and repair (HVAC, UPS, pantry), vending, , etc.
  • Manage internal moves, furniture installations and small construction scope projects ensuring compliance to company standards.  Coordinate all aspects of the physical move including meeting with managers to discuss/plan move, develop floor plans, schedule moving dates, sub-contract help as needed, coordinate packing of boxes and marking of furniture, etc.
  • Provide parking administration in coordination with employee base and landlord.
  • Assist in development of emergency site drills and onsite preparedness plans.
  • Ensure web site reflects site amenities.
  • Support corporate and civic initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned to support Voya customer base.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Four year degree in Business, Facility Management or technical degree 
  • 5 years of experience in facility related experience, space planning, furniture systems
  • Knowledge of workstation/panel systems
  • Microsoft office products
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Work well with teams, ability to influence and build consensus
  • CAD is preferred
