Profile Summary:

***This position can be located in our Livermore, CA or Braintree, MA locations***

This position will be responsible for processing the daily activities that occur in our clients Executive Retirement Plans/409A/Non-Qualified.  The chosen candidate would be expected to develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of executive retirement plans, the investment products, and our recordkeeping system, as well as all internal and external procedures necessary to administer the plans.  Once the training process is complete, this position would be assigned a caseload of clients and becomes responsible for  overseeing all daily activity along with a  team of other Executive Benefits Specialists.


Profile Description:

-Daily Asset/Liability reconciliation

-Resolution of account imbalances with the trading partner in a timely fashion

-Contribution processing

-Participant account re-allocation request processing

-Courteous and timely response to plan sponsor and participant inquiries

-Assist Client Service Manager in quarterly Plan activity audit

-Generate client quarterly valuation reports

-Assist with projects or duties from other departments as needed

Education & Experience:

-Bachelor’s Degree in finance or business-related field preferred or equivalent in relevant experience

-Microsoft Word and Excel experience, and the ability to learn new software quickly

-Great communication skills

-Excellent organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills

-Ability to work well under pressure with multiple priorities and deadlines

-Detail-oriented, Self-starter, Entrepreneurial, Motivated

-Experience in Relius Administration or other recordkeeping system and Crystal Reports software would be helpful.

-Knowledge of day-to-day retirement plan administration practices, and familiarity with mutual funds and other investment products would be helpful.
