Profile Summary:

Provide administrative support to the SVP, Insurance Operations and the VP, Field Services in our Des Moines, IA facility.

Profile Description:

Meeting & Travel Support:

  • Conference Registrations, expense reports, travel
  • Coordinate meetings/calls/lunches in Des Moines 
  • Presentation assistance coordinate meeting/calls/lunches across sites & leaders (ie Pershing)
  • Monthly finance and HR staffing reconciliation 

Advanced Administrative Support:

  • Site community partners and engagement
  • Continuous Improvement (Survey Follow-up, meeting coordination, etc.)
  • Employee Engagement - development & implementation for Operations
  • Maintain VFA  Project List
  • Operations Org Chart Monthly Updates
  • Systems Access Service Now and Follow Up
  • VFA In the Know (weekly communication)

General Administrative Support:

  • Des Moines Site Coordinator/Office Manager:  Office supplies, copiers, computer/phone support, work station moves, etc.
  • Create POs in Peoplesoft

    Des Moines facilities (building issues or site communications)

Education & experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years experience in an administrative role
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office 
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to exercise considerable discretion
  • Ability to analyze complex information requests
