Profile Summary:

The ERISA Coordinator assists with the preparation and delivery of non-discrimination testing (ADP/ACP, 415, 410(b), Top Heavy), audit packages and signature ready Form 5500s for Voya clients. 

Profile Description:

  • Receive and review incoming service requests; validate client data for inconsistencies, gaps and formatting requirements.  Work with relationship manager and/or client to resolve NIGO items.  Follow-up to ensure timely resolution. 
  • Ensure tracking database properly reflects service request status for non-discrimination testing, audit package and Form 5500 preparation.
  • Under the direction of the ERISA Services Manager, coordinate all regulatory client mailings.  Facilitate updates to client materials and ensure accuracy of client mailings by product, market and service commitments.
  • Complete components of the non-discrimination testing process and Form 5500 preparation for less complex plans under the direction of an ERISA Consultant or ERISA Analyst.  Prepare audit packages as needed in support of the Form 5500 filing process.
  • Perform quality review of testing/reporting prepared by other team members. 
  • Respond to routine inquiries relating to internal procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge & Experience:

  • High School Diploma
  • 2-4 years industry experience is desirable
  • Customer Service Experience preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong organization, multi-tasking and time management skills
