Job Description:

Seeking a licensed experienced representative to provide financial education and service on  403(b) and 457 programs throughout an assigned territory in Southern California. Must be proactive in outreach and promotion of service to grow participation and awareness of the plan benefits. Speaking to small groups as well as individuals on financial education topics is required. Must have the ability to work well both independently and with a team.  Must be willing to travel within the assigned territory (car is provided), be computer proficient, possess the ability to explain complex investment concepts to a variety of comprehension levels, professional presentation and communication skills, ability to effectively organize and manage multiple items simultaneously.

Knowledge and Experience:

1-5 years of industry experience

Retirement 403(b) and 457 Deferred Compensation education background preferred.

Self Starter, must be able to work independently

FINRA series 6, 63, and CA Life and Annuity required.  Must be able to pass the series 65 within six months.

-Position can sit in San Diego/Southern CA region
