Job Description:
We are looking for a self confident, high-energy individual who enjoys delivering complex subject matter in the form of educational presentations to a variety of audiences and individuals. A person who can articulate and explain Defined Compensation Retirement Plan benefits to diverse audiences, build relationships with customers, work independently, as well as part of a team. Our successful candidate will possess the ability to motivate and persuade others through presenting information in a dynamic manner. Other essential attributes include a customer service driven attitude, solid organizational skills and the ability to listen carefully and attentively to participants.


Job Responsibilities:
Enroll new Participants in Defined Contribution retirement plans through educational/enrollment meetings, as well as service existing plan participants.  Coordinate communication between plan sponsor, management team, other Account Representatives and Administrative Staff.


Knowledge/Experience:
Candidates should have a college degree in finance or related fields with experience in the financial services industry.  Should hold a FINRA Series 6 or 7 Registration and a State of California Life license is preferred. Other requirements include knowledge of retirement plans and mutual funds. Candidates must also have polished verbal communication and time management skills. Bilingual skills a plus.
