Profile Summary:

Marketing technology and systems are a critical component of modern marketing teams, and we’re looking for someone who is systems oriented, and is eager to learn and grow as part of the Marketing Operations and Technology team. You’ll collaborate closely with the business marketing team to build out and execute marketing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud while also identifying growth opportunities and providing transparency into campaign results. You should enjoy collaboration, be extremely organized and results-oriented.


PROFILE DESCRIPTION:

In this role, you will:

  • Own the development of demand gen capabilities and campaigns – You will be in charge of building the lead management process in partnership with the Salesforce.com team and Business marketing teams.
  • Partner with Business Marketing to build and execute marketing campaigns from start to finish including list segmentation, email creation, A/B testing and analysis. Campaigns include email communications ; html newsletters, event and conference email invites and follow ups, email nurture tracks.
  • Oversight and management of digital campaign calendar to ensure all campaigns are executed on-time.
  • Prepare and conduct testing to ensure correct functioning of the program designed
  • Ensure all marketing interactions are compliant with local and federal privacy and governance law
  • Provide input/recommendations where marketing strategy can be enhanced by current technology
  • Dive deep into the analysis of campaign performance to identify and understand trends, performance issues or other significant changes, and proactively address and follow-up as needed.
  • Drive optimization strategies for strong digital campaign performance that will improve click through and/or conversion rates.
  • Support the various governance requirements for the use of the platform
  • Stay current with digital marketing operations trends.
  • Actively contribute to marketing operations community
  • Develops standard work and processes including requesting, developing and measuring ongoing effectiveness of marketing communications.
  • Adopts, utilizes and role models the Voya Management System  as part of everyday activities to drive behavior, facilitate and foster team collaboration & empowerment, and promote a problem solving culture.
  • Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • BA/BS in Marketing or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience working in a digital marketing role with email marketing platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Pardot).
  • Extensive lead scoring and nurturing email marketing campaigns through the funnel
  • Possess a strong technical background; experience as a web programmer or webmaster a plus.
  • Hands on knowledge of HTML for email template setup
  • Salesforce.com knowledge and experience.
  • Passion for data and analytics, fluent in Excel.
  • Must be process driven and have the ability to over communicate status of all projects to stakeholders.
  • Must possess outstanding problem solving capabilities to address and resolve issues in a fast paced environment.
  • The ability to effectively manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail oriented, excellent written and verbal skills, extremely organized.
  • Must be able to work under pressure when last minute tasks arise.
