Profile Summary

We are searching for multiple Customer Service Representatives to work in Voya's Employee Benefits Compass Products Call Center in Downtown Minneapolis.


Profile Description

  • Handles incoming calls from customers regarding Employee Benefits.  Provides information to customers about various features of specific plans.  Mails literature as requested.  Escalates more complex questions.
  • Records and verifies transactions requested by customer and either processes requests or forwards to appropriate parties for processing
  • Captures caller information on customer management system.  May be asked to follow up with customer to ensure service issue has been resolved
  • Fields questions about new product and services implementation
  • Contributes to process improvement
  • Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge & Experience

  • BA/BS preferred but not required
  • 1+ years customer service experience
  • Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
  • Willingness and ability to learn about Voya's Employee Benefits products
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
