Profile Summary:

Develop and maintain key relationships with internal and external customers to provide assistance and support for on-boarding reps. Maintain system databases related to all aspects of our processes, procedures and metric tracking.

Profile Description:
1. Research, analyze and gather all required information to support a submitted Rep Profile to be submitted for the weekly Rep Review Committee meeting
2. Verify and ensure proper licensing of reps, background reviews, etc.
3. Develop implementation Plan and timeline for each new registered representative. Ensure implementation activities, including completion of representative paperwork, product analysis, compliance requirements, and the representatives training and development, occur in conjunction with the timeline and the conversion of existing accounts, if any.
4. Serve as new representative’s one point of contact for the first 120 days for inquiries and resolve problems. Conduct periodic and follow through status meetings for the registered representative and various departments to facilitate the onboarding of accounts and assets. Monitor progress and resolve issues. Provide technical support and training with internal and external customers and departments on all items related to the transitioning of the representatives business.
5. Ensure that all technology access, passwords and sales reporting setup is in place prior to the representative’s joining date and working correctly
6. Maintain all communication activity, processing changes, procedural approvals and metric reporting information in system
7. Travel onsite to Rep office to assist in transition of any existing Rep business

Education & Experience:

  • College or equivalent preferred
  • Three to five years experience, preferably in securities service
  • Thorough understanding of products, sales process and industry requirements
  • Proven time management, organization and/or project management skills
  • Experience in dealing with many different levels in an organization
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven presentation skills
  • Experience in maintaining databases and reporting
  • Series 6 or 7 preferred
  • Must be able to travel 10%
