Profile Summary


The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) area of the Employee Benefits business is currently recruiting for a Financial Analyst. The individual’s primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to; production and analysis of data for the monthly financial close cycle, supporting the FP&A team in elements of the forecast process, and ad-hoc projects and process improvements. This position will be dynamic, providing growth and opportunity for a progressively larger role on the team, geared toward an entry level employee seeking the opportunity to dive right into a career in Financial Planning & Analysis.


Profile Responsibilities:

• Contributes to financial close cycles, including preparation of monthly reports/analyses to summarize current and projected financial information,

• Perform variance analysis to explain results,

• Assist with various other functions related to financial and management reporting,
• Other duties as assigned.


Knowledge & Experience
• BA Degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical skills with the ability to obtain, organize and interpret data 
• Advanced Microsoft Access and Excel skills

• Experience with Tableau software
