Profile Summary:


The Financial Application Support Team (FAST) provides  support to Voya’s external revenue producing customers including Sales Agents, Third Party Administers and Sponsors.  FAST is the IT Communications arm of End-User Services maintaining user knowledge scripts, communication, web pages and training for end-user tools.  This position will gain insight and exposure into all Lines of Business and the 1000 applications supported through IT processes.  Specifically, this position will help prepare end-user job pages, web support documentation, customer communication and training materials for various End-User Services and IT projects this summer including: Chat, IVR PW Reset, Videoconferencing, Windows 10 and VDI


Profile Description:


  • Responsible for writing and copy as part of our Brand and End User Communications
  • Research topics in preparation for writing internal and external communications
  • Actively contribute to team activities, such as weekly huddles/staff meetings
  • Assist with a variety of communication-related assignments that help translate knowledge into real-world end-user experience
  • Other responsibilities as assigned


Knowledge and Experience:


  • Communications, Journalism and English majors encouraged to apply
  • RightAnswers Knowledge base experience
  • KCS certification
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; especially advanced PowerPoint skills
  • Experience with Knowledge Management systems and tools; preferably RightAnswers
  • Self-motivated, excited about learning, comfortable working in a collaborative environment characterized by open sharing of feedback to achieve optimum outcomes
  • Detail oriented with solid analytical capabilities – being able to see things differently than others with substance and relevance
  • Ability to work under multiple deadlines at once
