Profile Summary:

Seeking to fill a Corporate Markets Sales Support role.  Responsible for coordinating & processing paperwork, licensing & inquires for Producer/Advisors for existing & new business retirement plans.

Profile Description:

  • Coordinate Licensing and Appointment of Producers/Advisors for New Business Corporate Markets Retirement plans.
  • Coordinate Producer/Advisor changes for Existing Corporate Markets Retirement plans
  • Answer calls from internal partners and external clients with respect to Appointment Status, Contracting Inquiries, Agent Changes, and Paperwork/Process Support.
  • Facilitate the licensing and appointments of Producers/Advisors in a timely and accurate manner
  • Facilitate Producer/Advisor changes in a timely and accurate manner
  • Develop effective relationships among field staff, home office, distribution partners such as brokers & TPA's and project teams
  • Work closely with Product and Producer Services teams
  • Timely recording of transactions in Salesforce
  • Research and request e-contracting or agent code corrections, Advisor fees or  commission adjustments, or updates as needed
  • Adhere to rules, regulations & SLA's
  • Complies with all policies and regulatory requirements
  • Participation in Continuous Improvement efforts promoting customer centricity
  • Execution of duties will necessitate a firm understanding of a variety of company policies, industry initiatives, and legal/regulatory guidelines

Education & Experience:

  • BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of Customer Service experience
  • Series 6 Required.
  • Candidates will be detail oriented with strong communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to adapt to change and learn quickly.
  • Understanding key dates and deadlines are a must.
