Profile Summary:

Sources and recruits qualified financial advisors that provide high quality advice and guidance to their clients.

Profile Description:

  • Source candidates using both internal and external resources.  Establish and maintain a recruiting campaign using direct mail, telemarketing, positioning with local associations, national ad campaigns and/or cross-selling recruiting. 
  • Utilize and maintain a database of potential candidates. 
  • Develop professional relationships, maintain and work pipeline of candidates, with proactive frequent contact and follow up
  • Work with and provide support to OSJs in their recruiting efforts
  • Interviews, checks references, and recommends placement of candidates
  • Build solid relationships with leadership teams and serve as a partner

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 5-7 years prior experience  in recruiting preferred
  • FINRA Series 7, 63 or 65/66 preferred
  • Proven track record sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates
  • Public presentation skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Must have advisor recruitment/relationship experience
