The role of the Senior Business Support Specialist is to provide complex level sales support within the Retirement Benefits Services industry, with focus on Defined Contribution 409A plans and executive retirement plans.  Will collaborate with value stream partners to provide our customers with an excellent experience. 


  • Create sales presentations.
  • Respond to Request for Proposals from potential new clients.
  • Assist with funding analysis, and/or analysis of Company Owned Life Insurance (COLI).
  • Generate and analyze reports for review both internally as well as delivered externally to clients.  Reports would include (but not limited to) end of year reports, quarter end reports, plan-specific reports.
  • Participant in client meetings (both prospective and existing clients).
  • Assist in facilitation of enrollment meetings.
  • Provide support to Voya departments, including (but not limited to) Sales, Marketing, Communications, Operations, Plan Administration, Finance.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • 4 year college degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2 – 4 years prior experience in an environment that requires analytical, communication and leadership skills
  • Experience in working with multiple admin systems
  • Knowledge of retirement plans, especially executive retirement plans
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels
