Profile Summary:

****Currently in need of 3 Overlay Traders at our Tempe, AZ facility****Functions as a trader for stocks, bonds, ETF's, mutual funds, and other investment products.  Provides trading service to registered representatives and/or clients.

Profile Description:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day monitoring and trading of advisory SMA and UMA accounts
  • Review and process trading to support new accounts, one time and periodic distribution requests, and model changes through preset guidelines
  • Performs daily reconciliation & accounting in support of UMA business
  • Participates on root cause problem solving and in team huddles#Li
  • Researches, resolves and tracks trade errors
  • Operate within a strong team environment


Education & Experience:

  • Working knowledge of the financial markets, including equities, fixed income, mutual funds, and ETFs.
  • Knowledge of investment management operations and practices including trading and portfolio accounting systems
  • Financial Services or Accounting background
  • FINRA Series 7 preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Work with a high level of accuracy in a fast paced environment
  • Build relationships, communicate and collaborate across teams
  • Demonstrate ability to troubleshoot daily processing obstacles within and across teams
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiar with Pershing’s NetX360 and Folio Dynamix
